Child Protection/Photographs
Treharris Mini and Junior RFC is mindful of it’s responsibilities regarding child protection issues. Parents/guardians are reminded that photographs are occasionally taken at matches, social occasions and other events for use on the website.
In keeping with club policy, parents/guardians have the right to request the removal of any photograph in which their child appears. Please contact a club official if you do not wish your child/children to be photographed. The club also made the decision not to identify individual children by name.
Please contact a club official or the website direct if you have any concerns.

Contacting the club
All enquiries/comments received will be passed on to the appropriate individual within the club. We will reply to these as soon as possible. Some E-mails received will appear on the site’s Guestbook.
Complaints
Any complaints concerning club issues should be directed, in the first instance, to a team manager (mini,junior) or committee member. Please direct any complaints about the website to the e-mail address at the top of the page or to a committee member.
